I just found out that you can publish the art that you don't see on the art page on your account, which means going to the your projects page and publish the artworks that aren't showing.
This feels confusing of what I said but yes that is the process to be able see your artwork showing.

So newgrounds was under some issues through matenince (sorry if it's spelled wrong) and when when it was fixed bt going through the art of my account this is the screen:
This screen says nothing matches, even though I made 100 art on my account.
Even other people's account have the same issue as mine with the same glitch or something.
